The sign is still up but the exhibition has been taken down

What purpose does it serve to have advertisements still up for events that are over? Yes, the organization will get some benefit from exposure and perhaps consumers will be inspired to visit Science World even though the exhibit has closed.

How could this be handled better? How about On April 27th putting a big sticker over the top of the date announcing the next exhibit and the opening date?

Promoting something that the consumer can't buy, or has no interest in buying, has little value for anyone.
