How effective is a campaign from 2004 or 2005?

I was on the bus to school yesterday morning and saw this ad on the bus ceiling.

What does this tell me, apart from the fact that no one seems to have had any interest in advertising on this particular bus since the campaign ran back in 2004 or 2005? As the bus seems to be used primarily by high school and college students they must be a singularly unattractive demographic.

As I ride the bus I'll keep an eye out for an advertisement for that new Robin Williams series I've heard about. I think it's called "Mork and Mindy".
