Toba is a line of bicycle accessories from Quebec. Designed in Canada and, according to the firm's website, sold at locations across the US and Canada.

This bell, Benedict, comes packaged in a little egg-shaped container. The part you see with the "Toba" name on it, is the metal bell. There is a similarly shaped white plastic piece on the bottom that covers the clamp that attaches the bell onto the handle bar.

A clever piece of industrial design and well matched to the packaging.
